The Story of Siro and Melo’s World

This book brings together the stories of Siro and Melo — who author Aketara Shirome has been drawing for many years — and the world in which they live.  Siro and Melo live on a future Earth covered in unmelting snow, and with the help of Pai-chan, a sentient meat pie, they peek into the memories of an Earth where magic exists.

The text, annotations, and dialogue within the panels are written in both Japanese and English (trans. Hibino Saho). Shirome wished to include an English translation so the work could be enjoyed by as many people as possible.
