Shipping policy

Please read carefully:

If your order contains pre-ordered items, the order will not ship until the pre-order items are ready. Please see specific product listing for an estimated ship date on each pre-order item.

Certain restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to geographical locations. We are not responsible for production delays, out-of-stock items or delivery errors or carrier transit delays. Due to the high demand of items, orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received. Items may SELL OUT. Once your order is placed, changes cannot be made to size, color or quantity of the item purchased. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time.

Please follow the instructions on the website to place your order. Your order constitutes a legally binding confirmation to purchase products and services.

Check your ship to & billing address to be sure it is correct prior to placing your order. Once your order is confirmed, we will send you an e-mail with an order confirmation and order number for your reference.

Once the order ships, you will receive a notification with the tracking number. Order processing and delivery will take approximately 3 to 5 weeks or sooner depending on the delivery address to 48 contiguous states excluding weekends & holidays.

Once your order has shipped, we do not offer order cancellations.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for items once they have been confirmed delivered by the shipping carrier. All claims for missing items must be made with the carrier directly. 

Domestic orders: We use UPS & USPS for orders within 50 United States.
